Penny Brohn UK
We help you to live well with the impact of cancer at any stage of your journey.
Our unique combination of physical, emotional and spiritual support is known as the Bristol Approach. This is designed to support you and work alongside your medical treatment.
If you are affected by cancer we are here for you. Our services are open to everybody over the age of 18 with a cancer diagnosis. We are able to provide our services free of charge, thanks entirely to the charitable donations and voluntary contributions which fund our work.
We recognise that cancer affects the people closest to you and welcome them too.
Explore which lifestyle choices are right for you by finding out about eating well to enhance your health and how to put it into practice, learning simple techniques to help you relax and manage your stress, and discovering which physical activities can benefit you.
We give you the space and the time for reflection and to focus on yourself, helping you to find purpose and meaning.
We listen and help you find what is right for you, through a programme that can deepen your understanding and help you gain more control over your cancer journey.
