Connect Psychology is a service that specialises in supporting people with common mental health problems living in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area. We are based in the heart of Bristol City Centre and are a small friendly team of experienced professionals who will help you learn how to manage your mental health and improve your well-being. We use Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and are experienced in working with many difficulties including; agoraphobia, anger, depression, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, low self esteem, sleep problems, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic, phobias, social anxiety, stress and worry.
We offer one to one CBT based sessions, bibliotherapy telephone sessions, involving light touch support to work through CBT self help material and psycho-educational courses on low mood, anxiety, improving self esteem and understanding OCD.
